Video Producer & Editor
Produce founder interviews, deal explainers and short videos for YouTube, Reels and LinkedIn.
About the role
You will lead ASN Video, from shooting founder interviews to cutting 60-second explainers. Your work goes out on our YouTube channel and across Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot and edit interviews, explainers and event coverage
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube and cut-downs for Reels and Shorts
- Create thumbnails, lower thirds and simple motion graphics
- Track performance and suggest formats that grow our audience
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of video production experience, ideally in news or digital media
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus After Effects or similar
- A showreel that shows storytelling, not just effects
- Comfort with cameras, lighting and audio for interview shoots
